Where should I go to collect my order?

Click & Collect items are available from the loading bay of our Chelmsford Quadrant between 9am and 5pm. If you are in your vehicle, park up outside the large shutters and call the number displayed. If you are in the store, head to customer services on the 1st floor. They’ll arrange for your purchase to be brought to you.


What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Proof of ID and proof of purchase (simply showing your confirmation email will suffice).


Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, but to safeguard you from fraud they will need to bring a copy of your ID plus their own, and proof of purchase (a copy of your confirmation email will suffice).


How long will you hold my order?

We will hold your order for 7 days, after which we’ll return the order to the shopfloor and refund your account.


How can I return my Click & Collect order?

Bring it back into the store with your receipt, and return it to the appropriate department. Our colleagues will be able to help you.
