Customer/Member Forums

As a co-op, it is important for us to know what YOU think so we can operate our shops in a way that makes our members and customers proud to use them.

Twice a year, we hold informal customer forums to find out what we’re doing right, what we can improve upon, and what is important to you right now.

The conversation is usually between a dozen or so shoppers, just like you, and take place in our Chelmsford or Braintree department stores. They never last more than 2 hours and will always include refreshments.

We’ll also offer a small token of appreciation in the form of shopping vouchers.
